Puffins After-School Care

After-School Care runs from 3 - 5.30pm in the Key Stage 2 block accessed via the green gate at the front of the school.

We have set our charges in line with other Island schools and the cost of employing staff to cover the care. Children booked in until 4.00pm but collected after this time will be charged at the higher rate of £8. Any collections after 5.30pm will incur the late pick-up fee.

Late pick-up fee (after 5.30pm) £5 per child every 15 minutes

We provide a range of activities, indoor games and outdoor sports supervised by school staff. A slice of toast will be provided and children will have access to water.

Please note that bookings can be made up until 2.30pm and paid at the time of booking. We are limited on the number of children we have in after-school care and are unable to accept children not booked in via Schoolgateway to ensure the correct staff to child ratio. In the event of a late request on the day, please phone the school office and check we have a place for your child as we may be full. Payment must be made straight after the phone call.

Bookings will open for the following half term on the last Monday before a break.

When collecting your child, please park in the gravel car park and refrain from parking on the semi circle in front of the grass - thank you.
